We want you to love your gear as much as you love nature — and we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.

Since every shirt is custom printed just for you, we don’t offer traditional returns. But don’t worry — if something’s not right, we’ve got your back:

Defective or Damaged Items →  If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or quality issue, let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send your order number and a quick photo to support@forestfreak.com and we’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Size Swaps →  Ordered the wrong size? It happens. We’ll gladly do a size replacement for the same design and color. Since each swap means printing a brand-new shirt, we just ask you to cover a shipping and handling charge for the new shirt ($6.99 for t-shirts, $12.99 for sweatshirts and hoodies).

Rare Cases →  If neither a replacement nor size swap solves the issue, we’ll work with you on a refund. It doesn’t happen often, but you can count on us to make things right.
